Online Assessment（OA，远程，90 min）

  1. Highest Paid K Employees
  • Given a list of employees with names and salaries, return the top K highest paid employees.
  • Min-Heap 解法，维护 K 个最小元素。
  1. Substring with Concatenation of All Words（LeetCode #30 简化版）
  • 给定一个长字符串和一组单词列表，找到包含所有单词（任意顺序）的连续子串起始位置。
  • HashMap + Sliding Window。

Loop Interview Round 1：Coding + LP（60 min）

  1. LRU Cache（LeetCode #146）
  • Design a data structure that follows the Least Recently Used (LRU) cache constraints. Implement get and put operations in O(1) time.
  • HashMap + Doubly Linked List 经典组合题。
  1. Leadership Principles
  • "Tell me about a time you simplified a process."（对应 LP：Insist on the Highest Standards）
  • "Describe a time when you had to work with ambiguous requirements."（对应 LP：Bias for Action）

Loop Interview Round 2：System Design + LP（60 min）

  1. System Design: Design a URL Shortener（TinyURL）
  • Design a system like TinyURL that converts long URLs to short URLs and vice versa.
  • 考察点：
  • 核心功能：URL 编码（Base62 或 Hash + Collision Handling）
  • 数据库选择：SQL vs NoSQL（Key-Value Store 更适合）
  • 缓存策略：热门短链缓存
  • 扩展性：分布式 ID 生成、读写比例分析

  • "Tell me about a time you used data to support a decision."（对应 LP：Dive Deep）
  • "Describe a time when you identified an overlooked root cause."（对应 LP：Dive Deep）

Loop Interview Round 3：Coding + LP + Bar Raiser（60 min）

  1. Word Break（LeetCode #139）
  • Given a string s and a dictionary of words wordDict, determine if s can be segmented into a space-separated sequence of one or more dictionary words.
  • DP 经典题，dp[i] 表示 s[0..i] 是否可以被分割。
  1. Leadership Principles（Bar Raiser）
  • "Tell me about a time when you had to push back on a bad idea from your manager or senior colleague."（对应 LP：Have Backbone; Disagree and Commit）
  • "Give me an example of a time you failed. What did you learn?"（对应 LP：Learn and Be Curious）
  • "Describe a time when you had to deliver results under extreme pressure."（对应 LP：Deliver Results）

面试感受 / 反馈

  • Amazon New Grad 就有 System Design 轮了，虽然不要求很深入，但基本概念要懂
  • Bar Raiser 的 LP 问题会不断 deep dive，"And then what happened?" 是最常见的追问
  • Coding 题难度比 Intern 高半档，LRU Cache 和 Word Break 是高频
  • 三轮面试下来，LP 占比接近 40-50%，绝对不是走过场
  • 面试官来自不同团队，风格差异大：有温和型也有压力型

准备建议

  • LP 是 Amazon 面试的灵魂：每条 LP 至少准备一个故事，总共 10+ 个 STAR 故事
  • System Design 入门：读完 Alex Xu 的《System Design Interview》前两章，重点掌握 URL Shortener、Rate Limiter 等经典题
  • Coding：LRU Cache、Heap、DP、Graph 是 Amazon 高频
  • Bar Raiser 轮最难准备，建议找朋友模拟 mock interview，练习被 deep dive 追问的感觉
  • 每个 STAR 故事要有具体数据和结果，不要泛泛而谈
